The product as a journey

From enrolled to employment-ready.

Seven tightly-guided stages, watched over by five quality gates, turn the hidden years between the first lecture and the first job offer into a measured, evidence-backed journey — tracked by a single number: the Readiness Index. Its development sessions scale from 12 to 36 by package.

Five quality gates guard the path

The next session opens only when its gate is met — binding business rules, not formalities.

Gate 1 · Session 1

The advisor report unlocks only after the first session is actually held — no results before the first session.

Gate 2 · Session 3

The development plan (W-IDP) is approved and signed within 24 hours, otherwise the next stage stays locked.

Gate 3 · Before the final stage

Readiness Index ≥ 60 to move to the final stage; below that, the track shifts to an extended remedial cycle.

Gate 4 · Final stage

Improvement of at least one competency level over the baseline before the readiness report is issued.

Gate 5 · Final stage

The readiness report is signed within 48 hours, accredited by the Quality Auditor (QA-04) or the Senior Mentor (SR-05).

The journey is a loop, not a straight line

This is how the journey is built to improve: real outcomes calibrate the score and refine coaching for future cohorts.

Results return

Real labor-market outcomes are compared against each graduate's predicted score.

The model is recalibrated

Each dimension's weight is tuned to what actually predicts success in the sector.

Coaching gets sharper

Mentors see which interventions made the difference and double down on them.

The next cohort wins

Every graduate makes the system a sharper map for those who follow.
